1:1 Initial Assessment
$125.00
The Initial Assessment is the required starting point for all new clients and the foundation of our work together.
This 60-minute session is designed to better understand how your body moves, what’s currently feeling challenging, and what you’d like to improve. We’ll begin with a conversation about your movement history, lifestyle, goals, and any injuries or limitations, followed by a guided movement assessment to observe strength, mobility, stability, and movement patterns.
This session is not about intensity or “working out.” It’s about clarity, education, and building a thoughtful plan forward.
1:1 Training - Follow Up
3 Session Pack: $235
6 Session Pack: $440
These 40-minute one-on-one sessions are follow-up sessions built from the Initial Assessment and designed to support your specific goals and needs.
Each session is individualized and may include a combination of strength training, mobility work, and corrective exercises, depending on what your body needs that day. Sessions are adaptable and responsive - some days may focus on building strength, while others may emphasize mobility, stability, or refining movement patterns to reduce discomfort and improve efficiency.
Small Group Session
$135
(total per session, split among participants)
Small Group Training sessions are designed for 2–4 people who want individualized attention in a supportive, shared setting.
These 50-minute sessions blend strength training, mobility work, and corrective exercises, while still allowing for personalization within the group. Each participant’s needs, limitations, and goals are taken into account, ensuring movements are appropriately scaled and thoughtfully progressed.
This option is ideal for friends, partners, or small groups looking for a more affordable way to train together while still receiving expert coaching and individualized support.
